The Webcam feature in the system can be used for taking patient headshots, insurance cards, and physical exam photos. It was renovated in Version 5.5 release (April 2022) to include support for mobile phone and front/back camera switching. 

So instead of using a Webcam, you can now use a mobile phone to take the photos. Simply log into the system via the browser on your mobile phone to do it.
