This new release comes with a number of enhancements and bug fixes:

1. Two areas in the system have been renamed as follows:
   - Reports > Clinical is now Reports > Administrative.
   - Initializations > Clinical is now Initializations > Medical.

2. The encounter workflow has been enhanced to include a "Save as Draft" option for all orders, which allows support staff to prepare Lab, Radiology, Prescription, Immunization, Procedure, Retail, and Referral orders for approval by scheduled providers. Anyone who is a part of Providers user group can also change the defaulted "Ordered by" name to his/her own and place the orders.

3. A new refill request form has been added for use in Medication List. Support staff can forward the refill request to any prescriber for approval.

4. Sending and receiving of faxes and messages are better managed with grid display routing and linking in the patient header.

5. Autosave functions have been disabled in closed encounters to prevent blank data from being saved.

6. X12 file generated from CMS1500 form for use in billing has been updated to include a few more field data.

7. An additional default language setting has been added to Utilities > System > Common Settings for managing screen heights in some areas of the system. This "System" language setting has been tested for the world's ten most popular languages, including English, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French, Arabic, Bengali, Russian, Portugese, and Indonesian.

8. A "No record found in Contacts" error message is now displayed in Lab, Radiology, Prescriptions, and Referral order forms when a manually-typed facility name is not found in Contacts > Address Book.

9. Use of Addendum in the encounter progress note is no longer allowed if the progress note can still be unsigned (within 10 days of signing the progress note).

10. The tracking of e-prescribing orders in Utilities > Audit Logs has been improved by grouping the transactions in three areas, namely System, Weno, and Pharmacy. See page 61 of the user guide for more details.
