This new release comes with a number of enhancements and bug fixes:

1. Allow practice manager to reassign Author in Preferences > Text Marcos, Form Templates, and Letter Templates. A default author bug has also been fixed.

2. Search bugs found in several grid displays have been fixed, including those in Exchange and Finance areas.

3. Active users can now be suspended without triggering the licensing check. Previously, the "Suspended" status could not be saved properly.

4. Rich text editor has been applied to Encounter > Narration & Instruction to allow full display of HTML formatted text macros. 

5. Visit Summary and Discharge Summary page formats have been adjusted to display text more evenly.

SP1 was released on 8/8/2021 to apply the followings:

6. Finance > Purchases has been enhanced with the followings:
* Saved pages are now locked (all fields greyed out). They can be unlocked when needed.
* Saved pages can no longer be deleted. Use "Canceled" status option instead.
* Additional details are now displayed in Order and Payment pages.

7. Week day options (Sun, Mon, ...) can now be selected in weekly recurring appointments. The layout in Management Appointment dialog has also been adjusted.

8. The system now requires a minimum of 10 characters when setting up a password in User Accounts, Preferences, Patient Preferences, and Patient Portal Login page. 

9. The audit log for e-prescribing orders has been enhanced with verify message and layout changes.

10. All grid displays are set to static mode so that you can return to the active grid page. Previously, some grid displays redirected you back to page 1.

11. A session error found in Lock Screen and Switch User functions has been fixed.

12. Schedule > Inpatients now displays a 5x10 table instead of showing a blank page when a location has no beds assigned.

SP2 was released on 9/5/2021 to apply the followings:

13. A default location bug related to e-prescribing in phone encounters has been fixed.

14. "Signal" has been added as a Messaging option in Operations > Access > User Accounts and Preferences > Account > User Settings.

15. Received faxes (via Upland InterFax service) can now be attached to specific lab and radiology orders as test results.

16. A balance error related to "Canceled" and "Hold" statuses in Purchases Adjustment and Payment has been fixed.

17. Records total is now displayed in every grid bottom, while grid display refresh issue introduced in previous release has been fixed. Clear your browser cache to see the records total.

18. Staff users whose accounts are locked due to failed login attempts can now be unlocked in Operations > Access > User Accounts. Previously, they can only be reset via Forgot Login function in the login page.

SP3 was released on 9/25/2021 to apply the followings:

19. ICD-10 database has been updated to the 2022 version (US), which will be effective on this coming October 1.

20. Drug database has been updated to the latest FDA version. NDC code is now included in e-prescribing XML message when the drug data exceeds 105 characters.

21. Patient login to the patient portal is now tracked in Utilities > Audit Logs > Patient Portal Login. The last login date is also displayed in Contacts > Patients > All Patients > Account > Patient Preferences.

22. Date of Birth and Mobile Phone # can now be used for searching patients in Contacts > Patients > All Patients grid.
