This new release comes with a number of enhancements and bug fixes:

1. Patient ID cards can now be printed in patient Demographics page. US/English size is 3 x 2.5 inch, while metrix size is 8.9 x 5.1 cm. Likewise, patient ID bands can now be printed in Schedule > Inpatients. Go to Operations > General > Miscellaneous to manage the barcode and QR code settings.

2. Brutal attack protection has been added to the staff login and patient login pages. A user account is locked after 10 failed login attempts. The user can use "Forgot Login?" function to reset his/her password. The account can also be unlocked by changing the user's password in Operations > Access > User Accounts.

3. You can now restrict a staff user's access to the system from specific IP addresses. For example, by putting in a facility IP address in Operations > Access > User Accounts, the staff user can only log into the system from that specific location.

4. Starting in May 2021, Weno Exchange will no longer provide free e-prescribing service. It's one rate for both regular e-prescribing and EPCS services. However, they will provide an "ad" version at a lower rate. See Startup page for pricing information.

5. Free active user licenses are now limited to 5 for "Do It Yourself" option. This number will not be changed in the future.

6. Recurring appointment alerts as displayed in Schedule > Appointments and Encounter > Patient Summary have been enhanced. 

7. Both appointment and preferred language alerts are now shown in Patient Header > Alerts grid display and can be deleted. However, they will be recreated when you save Demographics and Manage Appointment pages.

8. "Add Another One" button display bug found in Encounter > Referrals and Narration & Instruction has been fixed.

9. "Pay Online" button display bug found in Patient Portal has been fixed.

10. "Service Date" field in Encounter > Superbill is now greyed out as the system can fill in the visit date for each encounter type (Appointment, Walk-in, Inpatient, and Telephone). This date is also applied to CMS1500 and UB-04 form correctly.

SP1 was released on 6/12/2021 to apply the followings:

11. Appointment reminders can now be delivered via SMS (text messages). Sign up with Twilio if you want to use this newly integrated service. A dedicate phone number will be required and can be obtained from Twilio.

12. Several layout issues related to the use of Google Translate extension have been resolved. 

13. Signed and locked progress notes can now be unsigned and unlocked within 10 days of the encounter visit. After that, use Addendum to make changes.

14. A scrollbar has been added to Weno Exchange e-prescribing screen as displayed in Encounter > Prescriptions. This change is to accommodate the display of ads by Weno Exchange.

15. Webcam usage in Contacts > Patients now lets you select a Webcam to use if there are multiple Webcams present.

16. Finance > Sales and Encounter > Billing areas have been enhanced with the followings:
* Saved Invoice, Adjustment, and Payment pages are now locked (all fields greyed out). They can be unlocked when needed.
* Status options in Invoice, Adjustment, Payment pages have been changed and automated based on payment received.
* Invoice, Adjustment, and Payment can no longer be deleted. Use "Canceled" status option instead.
* More current and previous payment details are now displayed in Invoice, Bill Summary, and Payment pages.
