This new release comes with a number of enhancements and bug fixes:

1. The rich text editor used in Exchange > Letters, Encounter > Progress Note, and Utilities > System > Patient Portal Login has been updated with new features:
- The menu toolbar can now be displayed below your cursor when you select text, double click, or click on the menu icon.
- Images can now be added to the editor content via drag and drop.
- Page breaks can now be inserted into the editor content to meet your printing needs.

2. Several changes were made to e-prescribing in Encounter > Treatment > Prescriptions and Medication List:
- The discount card information displayed in Pharmacy Instruction field has been moved to the background.
- Additional error checks for missing patient address, home phone number, and vitals (for age <18) have been added.
- The side menu link and transaction status in Utilities > Audit Logs > e-Prescribing Transactions have been renamed.

3. Letterhead printing in Exchange > Letters, Encounter > Print Order, and Finance > Sales/Purchases has been enhanced: 
- The logo now has a maximum width of 500px and a maximum height of 100px to avoid printing issue.
- Address 1 and Address 2 are now put on the same line. 
- Work Phone number and Fax number are now put on the same line.

SP1 was released on 6/29/2020 to apply the followings:

4. Lab Results table printing in Encounter > Progress Note has been enhanced. The ability to add your own manual table has been removed because of printing format issue.

5. One data table, namely facility_profiles, has been renamed to multiple_facilities to better match the corresponding section name in Utilities > System > Multiple Facilities.

6. Multiple supervising providers can now be assigned to a scheduled provider in Operations > Access > User Accounts. The scheduled provider will need to select a supervising provider for progress note signature if there are multiple ones assigned. A Supervising Provider dropdown is now displayed in Encounter > Progress Note and Prescriptions.

7. The Sender ID header format has been enhanced with the addition of Sender Qualifier 30 in Encounter > Superbill > X12 file. 

8. When adding a new text macro in Preferences > Tools, the trigger word is now checked for duplicates to avoid confusion and conflict.

9. The weekly update of pharmacy directory no longer includes any pharmacies marked as "Deleted" by Weno Exchange.

10. Several new sections have been added to Encounter > Patient Summary, namely Insurance Information, Vitals, Medical History, Surgical History, Family History, and Social History.

SP2 was released on 7/14/2020 to apply the followings:

11. For those using SNOMED as Dx Search Preference, searched ICD-10 codes are now displayed in addition to the mapped ICD-10 codes.

12. Patient payment made during check-in is now listed in Superbill as "Already Paid". A modifier summation bug in Box 24F of CMS1500 form has been fixed.

13. Images used in Encounter > Physical Exam are now included in the progress note and can be printed.

14. Page layouts in Exchange > Messages have been enhanced.

15. Operations > General > Locations can now be configured to display 24-hour calender view in Schedule > Appointments more easily.

16. A print button has been added to Dashboard > Forms > Electronic Forms. Both blank and filled forms can be printed.

SP3 was released on 7/22/2020 to apply the followings:

17. Input field focus outline is no longer used in the system stylesheets because of styling change in Brave browser.

18. The position of the missing icon displayed in Dashboard > Summary > Today's Visits has been adjusted.
