System AdminPosted: 04/04/2020 12:20 AM This new release comes with a number of enhancements and bug fixes: 1. The default screen layout has been changed to 1920x1080 resolution. You can continue to use the zoom feature in your browser to adjust it. 2. A system upgrade notice is now displayed for every staff user after a system upgrade if there is a need to do so. 3. Several features, including enhanced error messages, have been added to e-prescribing (via Weno Exchange). For example, any missing patient address will prompt the display of an error message. 4. A saving bug in Patient Header > Appointments has been fixed. 5. Pharmacy NPI is now a required field in Contacts > Address Book. The NPI manual lookup link has been updated with a new URL. == SP1 was released on 4/18/2020 to apply the followings: 6. A number of e-prescribing error messages (e.g. missing patient address) are now displayed during e-prescribing. They help the users understand what can be done to address the errors. 7. The Audit Log for e-prescribing in Utilities has been enhanced to provide various statuses for easier tracking and troubleshooting of issues. 8. The image signatures for an encounter provider and his/her supervising provider are now displayed in the encounter progress note (SOAP). == SP2 was released on 5/8/2020 to apply the followings: 9. Side menu counts have been added to all grids in the system. Prior to this addition, only Dashboard > Summary has side menu counts. 10. Several changes have been made to Schedule > Appointments: 11. The warning messages displayed during scheduling have been revised as below: 12. A patient registration error in the patient portal has been fixed. 13. The default margins for letterheads and printed orders are now the same everywhere. A bug in text logo display position has also been fixed. 14. The minimal length for username and password is now 8 characters. 15. A new user group called "Primary Care Physicians" has been added to Operations > Access > User Groups and applied to the primary care physicians field in Contacts > Patients > All Patients > Patient Preferences. 16. The display of insurance policy information has been enhanced in printed orders. 17. The grids have been adjusted as below: == SP3 was released on 5/10/2020 to apply the followings: 18. Locations filtering has been applied to All Staff listing in Schedule > Appointments side menu. A staff name is displayed if his/her work location is the same as the selected location or if he/she has a booked appointment at the selected location. 19. Wrong Draft and Sent side menu counts in Exchange > Faxes have been fixed. 20. Credit card payment amount check in Patient Portal > Billing has been enhanced. 21. Schedule > Appointments > Day, Week, and Month views are now following each staff user's work location timezone. == SP4 was released on 5/15/2020 to apply the followings: 22. A new access point for the linked sections in Patient Header has been added to Operations > Access > User Roles. 23. The side menu for Dashboard > Summary > Unpaid Invoices and Finance > Sales are now displayed in the same way as the encounter in the system. 24. Billing related printing in the patient portal has been enhanced. 25. Instead of displaying CCDA record in Patient Portal > Medical Records > Visit Summaries, the data can now be downloaded as a XML file right away. 26. Warning messages are now displayed when adding duplicate usernames or email addresses in Operations > Access > User Accounts and Patient Portal registration. 27. The grid row and input field focus style has been enhanced and standardized. 28. Letterhead has been applied to Disclosure of Record and Encounter > Current Visit > Progress Note. == SP5 was released on 5/20/2020 to apply the followings: 29. Page numbering has been added to Disclosure of Record and Encounter > Progress Note printings. 30. The look and feel of the patient portal login page has been modernized. |
