1. The main change for this new release is to separate patient portal login from staff user login. The patient login information is no longer stored in the same user accounts table. Instead, it has been moved to patient preferences table just like how it's managed in the GUI. This change is to make the system more secure and easier to manage from the database perspective.

2. A bug in system upgrade has been fixed. Now, the updated versions will display correct available updates after the upgrade is done.

3. The system can now request Rx history that is available in Weno Exchange. The download button has been added to Medication List.
