A patch is applied to Version 2.0 to fix minor issues and to edit the example data:

1. A few example patient demographics were edited.

2. Fix missing drug NDC data in CMS1500 form.

3. Enhance textarea scrolling in HTML editor.

4. Allow text macros and letter templates to be shared by other staff users.

5. Add sales tax field to Operations > Facility > Locations and Finance > Sales > All Sales Listings > Invoices.
